1. General Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
- Unopened Items: You may return most new, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened, Non-Defective Items: Opened items that are not defective may be returned within 15 days of delivery. These returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price to cover inspection and repackaging. The item must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect item or an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
2. Defective Products (DOA)
If your product is dead on arrival (DOA) or becomes defective within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact our support team immediately to report the issue. After 14 days, the product will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and you will need to contact the manufacturer for service.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please go to the My Orders page, find the relevant order, and follow the instructions for returns. If you need assistance, you can also contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, unless they are defective. These include:
- Software, video games, and other digital products.
- Products with one-time use codes or subscriptions.
- For hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones and earphones.
